5. 本文重點︰近年來我費農場天賦最高的手臂—Sixto Sanchez 2014年秋天，當時的Amaro派出特助Bart Braun去多明尼加看一位名叫Lednier Ricardo 的古巴捕手，為了看這位捕手的BP，安排駐地球探Luis Garcia帶2位投手來餵球，其中 1個就是當時還是打游擊手的Sixto Sanchez，特助Braun在BP過程整個被Sixto的順暢又快速的揮臂動作完全吸引住了，He didn’t care for the catcher.(BTW後來這傢伙在去年以27歲高齡被梅子以小聯盟約簽走) BP結束後Braun問這孩子要多少錢才能讓他簽約，而Sixto只要$35,000 於是2015/02/20，我費就這樣偶然地在砂礫中撿到珍珠，僅用$35,000在國際球員市場簽下了這隻極具天賦的年輕手臂同年夏天，在多明尼加夏季聯盟Sixto開始了他的職業生涯，在DOSL Phillies兩個月12 場的出賽裡僅有2場先發，其它都是做為第6~9局的RP上場，25局、4.56 ERA、18K、6BB 的成績看起來並不突出，但才16~17歲就展現出不錯的控球能力今年6月，Sixto升級來到了美國本土的新人聯盟GCL Phillies擔任先發投手，在聯盟開季時，thegoodphight.com對他的介紹就只有Sanchez got the opening day start. All I have on him is that he is small and only 17這短短的一句話而在開季4場先發後，當時均速還只有91~93、極速95的Sixto在18局丟出了19次三振、僅有5個BB、ERA 1.00的成績，philly.com只說He has good command of his low-90s fastball. 到了8月新人聯盟季末時，他FB的均速已經成長到穩定地坐落在94~97，並且可以精準的控制在本壘板的邊角，極速也來到了99，外帶練出了一顆low-90s的滑球作為第二武器球到了9月季後賽面對GCL Braves，Sixto只用了68球丟出了7局無失分無四死外帶4次三振的一場好球，當時也在現場的我費國際球員球探部門的球探長Sal Agostinelli說“Not one fastball was under 95. And it's an easy, almost effortless 95. His slider was 88 to 90 No walks. He’s special.” BTW，Sixto那場的球速是95~99 我們的小聯盟 Pitching Coordinator Rafael Chaves給這顆速球的評分是70 to 80 on a scouting scale 挖掘到這顆珍珠的Bart Braun說 "Sixto has some of the easiest velocity I’ve ever seen,” said Braun, who began his scouting career in 1983. “He’s so athletic and under control in his delivery that he doesn’t have to come out of his body and flop around with his arms and legs to get velocity. That allows him to command the ball so well. If he stays healthy, he’s got a chance to be really good.” (前後兩句簡單不用翻，紅色部分意思大概懂但是無法精準翻出，得請高手出馬XD) BA的Ben Badler對Sixto的評價更勝於Franklyn Kilome & Adonis Medina J.J.
