Pistons guard Rip Hamilton will compete in the Three-Point Shootout on
Saturday, Feb. 16 during All-Star Weekend at New Orleans.
The event will be televised live on TNT, which begins its Feb. 16 coverage at
8 p.m.
Others in the Three-Point Shootout are Kobe Bryant (Lakers), Daniel Gibson
(Cleveland), Steve Nash (Phoenix), Peja Stojakovic (New Orleans) and Jason
Kapono (Toronto), the defending champion.
Chauncey Billups was the last Piston in the event, finishing sixth in 2004.
