[心得] 練空揮傷到腰
因為平常比較少機會打球,
為了保持感覺, 都會拿球棒練習空揮,
前一陣子在練習時,
似乎是暖身不夠加上轉腰時用力過猛,
導致尾骨上方的下背部受傷.
(這幾天要去給醫生看)
希望愛好棒球運動的朋友,
在練習時務必小心,
不要技術沒磨練到,
反而先傷到身體.
