[請益] 投完球的隔天
昨天跟同學整套傳接球20分鐘後,接著全力練投了大概有50顆上下
今天發現右邊屁股、右腳大小腿、左腳大腿,都有痠麻感
另外我手的部分都痠在腋下後面跟肩胛骨周圍
另外左邊的腰間也是會痠痠的
請問這樣是正常的嗎?
