[請益] 做長跑還是爆發力訓練?
今天看到陳鴻文的新聞
他說之前做了太多長跑
反而忽略爆發力訓練
影響到投球穩定度
所以說做那種短程衝刺訓練
比一直跑操場跑道跑的10圈
來的有效嗎? 希望大家一起討論一下
