[討論] 肩膀痠痛? 加強重訓?
最近練投後,脖子連接肩膀的那塊肌肉有比較酸痛的情形
平常是都有每天伏力挺身一次30下 一天90下 啞鈴12磅 一天150下左右
若是想在增強重量訓練加強這塊肌肉
請問各位大大有沒有不需借重太多輔助器材的方式?
有任何想法和建議都請您不吝分享給我 謝謝
