(Chris, Chris Bosh..) OUTLOOK: By the numbers, no team in the Atlantic - not even the Knicks - has a better 1-2 punch than Carter and Rose. But this isn't a video game. Heart, determination and grit count for something - especially in the East - and the Raptors have very little of those characteristics. It would be surprising to see them seriously contend for a postseason berth.
