Tough for guys like Bosh to step up and lead right away with vets on team.. more experience and confidence will lead to that..Bosh is starting to blossom in that area..other young guys lead through example (Sow..doesn't accept other guys not giving 100percent, gets on them) 領導? 隊上現在還有老人, 所以像是Bosh這樣的會很難跳出來領導.. Bosh需要多點經驗跟信心..他現在在這方面已經做的很不錯了.. 其他球員會做到以身作則 (Sow不能接受其他人沒完全盡力, 有人沒有的時候會唸) Roko contract status? -hopeful to see him here..haven't been able to see his contract yet??.. says he anticipates him being able to come over in 2 years based on convos with his agent 希望可以看到Roko來多倫多, 還沒看到他現在跟Tau的合約他的agent說2年後他能夠過來...
