Allen said he is reminded of the injury on mornings when the right foot area stiffens. "I get down (to the arena) early enough when I maneuver around and jump in the pool and get my body moving," he said. "I just try to keep my body active before I start running and jumping. Right now, there's just a little bit of achiness and soreness."
