Alvaro Negredo Could Be Used In David Silva Swap Deal - Reports
The striker looks set to be used in another deal for Madrid...
Alvaro Negredo might have returned to Real Madrid this summer but it doesn't
look as though he is going to be staying there next season.
The striker has been rumoured to be on his way out of the Bernabeu and various
reports have placed him as part of swap deals with other clubs.
The latest report from Marca is that he could be used as part of a deal with
Valencia to bring David Silva to Real Madrid.
It is no secret that the capital club are keen on bringing a winger in during
the transfer window and Silva or Franck Ribery are the two who seem most likely
to join.
Whilst Bayern Munich have stated that their player won't be leaving, Valencia
said earlier in the summer that Silva would not be sold, but their economic
position could force them into selling.
If they are to sell, then receiving Negredo in exchange would please Unai Emery
too, who is known to be keen on the forward.
With David Villa not definitely staying, Valencia look short up front and
Negredo could be the man to fit the bill.
Karim Benzema's arrival at Real Madrid seems to have limited the former Almeria
man's chances there, and he looks destined to leave now.
