剛剛看到了 NY Times 上週的一篇報導，真的是蠻好笑 Tanyon Sturtze 從小在麻州 Worcester 長大從小就 root for the sox 結果被送到洋基，搞的 Sturtze 老爸不知道該支持哪一隊才好節錄如下： Stranger on a Strange Team When Tanyon Sturtze was a boy in Worcester, Mass., he always looked forward to opening day at Fenway Park. It was a tradition for Sturtze and his father, Ken, to attend the game. "We came to opening day for about 12 years in a row," Sturtze said. Sturtze's father was a police officer, and he had influence with the officers who worked at Fenway Park. After games, Sturtze would crowd near the exit for the visiting team, and he got autographs from stars like Carlton Fisk and Greg Luzinski. He also learned to despise the Yankees. "Growing up here, you're brought up to hate the Yankees," Sturtze said. "As soon as you're born, you've got a Boston Red Sox outfit on." Sturtze will be wearing a different outfit at Fenway on Saturday when he makes his second start for the Yankees. He has pitched in nine games here for other teams, with a 2-4 record and a 7.38 earned run average, and the atmosphere is bound to be more charged this time. "I'm just trying not to think about it," said Sturtze, who will be held to about 85 pitches against Boston. "My dad's kind of torn and a little bit excited about what's going on.
