Update: Pena (wrist) is expected to rejoin the Red Sox Thursday, according to
the Boston Herald.
Recommendation: Pena will probably get regular at-bats against left-handed
pitching but he's unlikely to be a regular unless the dominoes fall perfectly
in front of him.
