Report: Bay to Rays off, Manny talks back on
The Rays' pursuit of Pirates outfielder Jason Bay is off "unless a miracle
happens," a source close to the negotiations told FOXSports.com's Ken
Rosenthal.

deadline has technically official passed, but that doesn't mean much. By the
time the rumors filter out, they're probably an hour or so old anyway. WPGB's
Rocco DeMaro agrees that the three-team Ramirez talks had resumed and were
