[紅襪] 下星期對遊騎兵的第一場先發
The start was originally supposed to go to Tim Wakefield,
but the veteran knuckleballer will instead go on the 15-day disabled list
with a right shoulder injury. The top three candidates to fill in for Wakefield
are all at Triple-A Pawtucket. Michael Bowden, one of the organization's
top prospects, is scheduled to pitch Monday at Pawtucket,
but he could easily be scratched.
Devern Hansack, who has had several stints with the Red Sox,
last pitched on Aug. 7. Then there is knuckleballer Charlie Zink, who
is having a terrific season but would have to make the start
on three days' rest.
所以目前看起來應該是期待很久的Bowden會上了
Zink應該不太可能讓他中三日
