[情報] Chapman's start pushed back due to blister
CLEVELAND -- A blister appears to have pushed back Reds prospect Aroldis
Chapman's next start for Triple-A Louisville.
Chapman was slated to start on Monday vs. Scranton/Wilkes Barre, but that
turn will be taken instead by right-hander Ben Jukich.
Against Lehigh Valley on Wednesday, the 22-year-old Chapman pitched 5 2/3
scoreless innings with three hits and three walks allowed. He struck out
seven and earned a 4-2 victory but had to leave with two outs in the sixth
when a blister developed on his left middle finger.
In eight starts for Louisville, Chapman is 4-2 with a 3.98 ERA. The Cuban
pitcher, who was signed to a six-year, $30.25 million contract in January,
has 48 strikeouts and 24 walks in 40 2/3 innings.
It was not known when Chapman would make his next start.
