The Reds have had discussions with free-agent relief pitcher Joakim
Soria, according to Fox Sports.com's Ken Rosenthal.

28-year-old right-hander. The former Royal will be out for at least the
first month of the season while recovering from Tommy John surgery, which
sidelined him for all of 2012.

The Reds are looking for a closer in free agency with the intent of
adding flamethrower Aroldis Chapman to the rotation, according to
