[新聞] Royals minor league IF Taylor suspended
NEW YORK (TICKER) —Kansas City Royals minor league infielder Jason Taylor was
suspended 50 games Tuesday for violating the Minor League Drug Prevention and
Treatment Program.
Taylor, 21, was drafted in the second round (45th overall) of the 2006 draft.
He hit .242 with 17 home runs and 58 RBI in 127 games with the Class A
Burlington Bees of the Midwest League.
The suspension will begin at the start of the 2009 season.
