[球員] John Lamb
Royals prospect left-hander John Lamb will undergo Tommy John surgery Friday.
The surgery will be performed by Dr. Lewis Yocum in Los Angeles. Lamb, 20,
was ranked as the No. 18 prospect in the game by Baseball America coming into
the season. The southpaw had a legitimate chance to reach the majors before
the end of the season, but now he'll be sidelined until the early part of
2012. Hopefully it's just a speed bump in a still promising career
