[巨人] Pence的激勵演說
Pence的激勵演說，是這個季後賽讓巨人起死回生的要素之一
據報導這是在對紅人第三戰(也就是面臨淘汰邊緣)
當總教練Bochy講完話之後，Pence突然跳出來"我有些話要說..."
這段話post在我們教練Tim Flannery的facebook上...
"get in here, everyone get in here..look into each other eyes..now! look into
each others eyes, I want one more day with you, it's the most fun, the best
team I have ever been on said the Reverend Hunter Pence. " and no matter what
happens we must not give in, we owe it to each other, play for each other, I
need one more day with you guys, I need to see what Theriot (jerry) will wear
tomorrow, I want to play defense behind Vogelsong because he's never been to
the playoffs..play for each other not yourself, win each moment, win each
inning, it's all we have left"
"大家靠過來，都靠過來... 看著彼此的眼睛...現在，仔細看著彼此的眼睛！
這是我待過最有樂趣，最棒的球隊！我想跟你們再多並肩作戰一天！
無論如何我們絕不能放棄，我們有責任為隊友奮戰，我要跟你們再戰一日，
明天要看到Theriot會穿什麼衣服來，明天要幫Vogelsong守備因為他從沒打過季後賽，
為隊友奮戰！不是為你自己！打好每一球，打好每一局，這就是我們該做的"
然後Scutaro跟著大吼，全隊跟著大吼，從此開始巨人2012的傳奇。
Tim Flannery說他非常感動，
"從此巨人球員不是為了球衣背後的名字而戰，是為了球衣前的隊名而戰"
