San Francisco manager Bruce Bochy announced on Tuesday that starting pitcher Johnny Cueto is headed for the 10-day disabled list with a sprained ankle he suffered working out over the weekend. The injury doesn’t sound serious, but it leaves the Giants’ staff thin with Madison Bumgarner out with a broken hand and Jeff Samardizija on the shelf with a pectoral strain.
