The 76ers have decided to shut down forward Andres Nocioni until his
fractured finger heals.
"I think we're going to shut 'Noc' down a little bit," said Doug Collins.
"I think he'd like to shut it down for a little bit and get that [right,
shooting] hand under control. There was a play in front of our bench the
other day that Noc normally would have eaten alive and I could see him not
wanting to put the hand into the pile, and I can understand that. It was
amazing that he played with that as he did."
The forward suffered the injury on Jan. 7, but has played through it.
