The venue is the Wells Fargo Center. The event is the Sixers’ season opener of the 2012-13 season. The question is who will be on the floor for the opening tip wearing the home uniform? Andrew Bynum will be the starting center and Evan Turner will be on the floor. After that, the Sixers’ opening night lineup becomes a puzzle that is fun to try and solve. Richardson averaged 11.6 points in 30 minutes a night for the Magic last season. Nick Young could give Richardson a run for his money as the starting shooting guard. Wright started all 143 games he played with the Warriors the past two seasons. His numbers were comparable to those of Richardson, averaging 10.3 points in 27 minutes a game last season. He is not a back-to-the-basket player, preferring to shoot the baseline eight-foot jumper or mid-lane 10-footer. Brand's front-running replacement has similar tendencies. He has a nice outside touch and is a terrific passer. Bynum can man the low post, while Hawes can stretch the defense. On occasions when the opposition has a quick power forward, the Sixers will need to go to their bench sooner with Thaddeus Young replacing Hawes on the floor. But the lefty forward has anchored one of the best benches in the league along with former Sixer Williams the past couple of seasons. Chemistry and the best utilization of talent will play a major factor in the roles any given player is handed when the season gets underway. 而對 Collins 來說，Thad 也是具有先能力的，但是這個左手前鋒在過去兩個球季，與Louis Williams組成了可靠且優秀的板凳陣容。在化學效應上，或者在最佳解答上， Thad 將會在他最熟悉的位置上面提供主要的衝擊力量。 Collins loves competition. He will play the guys who earn minutes and he will treat this drastically-changed roster as he does his daily crossword puzzle – as a challenge that he will solve.
