1. Says he dunked yesterday for the first time.
He's getting his elevation back.
2. Says he figured he'd eventually have to play through the pain this season,
but he's ahead of where he thought he'd be and the pain is subsiding.
3. Says he probably is leaning towards coming back right after the All Star
break. Wants the extra week of rehab.
