Believe it or not, there was more than one NBA general manager that had their eye on Steve Francis last year. Sure, Houston Rockets GM Caroll Dawson looked on as Francis averaged 16.6 points, 6.2 assists and 5.5 rebounds per game en route to his third consecutive NBA All-Star performance.
