Asked recently what he considers to be home, Steve Nash described himself as a
citizen of the world.
當Nash被問到對於關於回家有什麼想法時，Nash說他自己是個世界的公民。
That comes with having roots in Canada, paraents from England and Wales,
primary residences in America for 14 years and a wife from Paraguay. For the
first time since he was a baby, Nash will be in his bithplace in September.
這麼說是因為他在加拿大生根，父母親來自英格蘭和威爾斯，主要居住在美國14年，並
且妻子來自巴拉圭。而今年九月，Nash將會在脫離襁褓之後首度回到他的出生地。
Nash will go Johannesburg as part of Basketball Without Border's annual
outreach camps around the world promoting basketball, education and HIV/AIDS
aswareness.
Nash將要前往約翰尼斯堡參加「籃球無邊界」一年一度的全球營隊活動，這個活動是為了
促進籃球、教育、和愛滋病防治。
Nash's wife, Alejandra, was as interested as he and they pursued South Africa
camp. The NBA program holds camps on four continents, including a group with
Raja Bell headed for Puerto Rico.
Nash的老婆Alejandra也和他一樣有興趣，他們將一同前往參加南非的營隊活動。這個NBA
的活動在世界上四塊大陸上進行，其中Raja Bell和一組人馬將會前往波多黎各。
Nash was born in South Africa, where his father was a pro soccer player, but
left when he was 1 because his parents did not want to raise him amid
apartheid.
Nash在南非出生，他的父親在那裡曾是職業的足球員，但是在他一歲的時候他們離開那裡
，因為他的父母親並不希望在種族隔離中扶養他長大。
"You're excited with the steps they've taken and you're frustrated that some
have taken so long," Nash said. "Now, we're facing a new crisis in Africa. It
never ends for those people and it's one we've turned our backs on for a long,
long time."
