Steve Nash is the best basketball player ever to come out of Canada, and will
surely be selected to the basketball Hall of Fame when his playing days are
over.
Steve Nash是來自加拿大最好的籃球員，而且在他結束職業籃球生涯之後一定會入選
進入籃球名人堂。
Nash has earned such praise after being named the NBA's most valuable player
for the second year in a row, only the ninth time anyone has accomplished
that feat.
Nash在連續第二年獲選為NBA的MVP之後贏得了許多讚賞，僅有九位球員達成過這項功績。
In contrast, the Toronto Raptors are among the worst teams in the NBA, and
have been ever since their first home game Nov.3, 1995.
相形之下，多倫多暴龍隊是NBA裡最差的球隊之一，而且是從1995年11月3日的第一場
主場開始一直到現在。
So why don't the Raptors try everything they can — a trade or outright
buying his contract — to get the Victoria native to play here?

Imagine the excitement if Nash, a Canadian superstar, suited up for Canada's
only NBA team.
