官網全文:https://reurl.cc/70L8LD 在整段演講中Federer拿他的網球生涯來舉例跟分享他學到的人生lessons，個人最喜歡他講到的第二個lesson: "It's only a point." (可能是因為他這邊提到的是2008跟Nadal的溫網決賽xd) 很難想像Federer生涯贏了超過8成的單打比賽，但其中拿到的points竟然只有54%。真的很喜歡他講的這段: 「每一分你都當成是全世界最重要的事情去拚，但不論那分是成功是失敗，一旦那分過去了，就過去了。這樣你才能把自己從過去解放出來，再次全心全意投入到下一分當中。」 "The truth is, whatever game you play in life... sometimes you’re going to lose. A point, a match, a season, a job... it’s a roller coaster, with many ups and downs. And it’s natural, when you’re down, to doubt yourself. To feel sorry for yourself. And by the way, your opponents have self-doubt, too. Don’t ever forget that. But negative energy is wasted energy. You want to become a master at overcoming hard moments. That to me is the sign of a champion. ... You accept it. Cry it out if you need to... then force a smile. You move on. Be relentless.
