A：I’d say the pace of the game. It’s better players and you have to go out there and be in the best shape of your life because you’re playing against the best players. You can’t have any slip-ups, especially as a rookie. Q：從大學到NBA之後最難適應的是什麼？ A：我必須說是比賽的強度。NBA的球員更強，你必須全力以赴，並保持最佳狀態，因為你要面對的都是最頂尖的籃球員。你不能有一絲絲懈怠，尤其是一個菜鳥。 Q：Why do you wear No. 13? A：Because of high school. I was the only freshman playing varsity basketball in high school. I was the last person that got to pick my jersey. And the only two left were 13 and 45. I just picked 13 and stuck with it throughout high school and throughout college. Q：選擇13號當背號的原因？ A：我高中進校隊時，只有我一個是菜鳥。選背號的時候，我也是最後一個選的，到我選的時候只剩13＆45。我選了13號並且一路到現在。(看起來就是隨便選的…這個答案真沒新聞性) Q：If you weren’t an NBA player what would you be doing? A：Something in sports. I’m a sports fiend. I like all kinds of sports. I played baseball growing up. I played first base and pitcher. I stopped around 10 or 11. I wanted to play in high school but my coach wouldn’t let me. Q：如果你不是NBA球員的話，你現在會做什麼？ A：還是會做跟運動相關的工作吧。我是個運動迷，熱愛所有的運動。我也可以打棒球！我可以當一壘手跟投手呢。在我10或11歲的時候就不打棒球了。其實我高中想去打棒球，但我們高中棒球隊的教練不給我打。 Q：Who are some of the famous guys you played basketball with as a kid in L.A.? A：Brandon Jennings. We played on the same AAU team. Austin Daye. A few other guys who are still in college. Q：誰是你小時候在LA的最有名的球友？ A：Brandon Jennings。我們都是AAU的球員。另外跟我一起打AAU的Austin Daye(2009活塞隊第一輪15順位)後來成了我大學隊友。 Q：Who was your toughest test back then that helped you get to this point? A：Taylor King. He goes to Villanova now. He was the top player in high school and No. 1 in the state of California. Every time I saw him it was the match-up. I was the second-best player, they said, in high school in the state. I played him two or three times my senior year and I won every time. But he’s a great player. I like to keep this grown, mature look. I don’t want mine to get as crazy as Baron Davis’. But it’s just a little something I like.
