http://0rz.tw/b62wL Sweden will play the United States in the Davis Cup semifinals at Gothenburg’s Scandinavium Arena on September 21-23. The surface has not yet been selected, but the Swedish Tennis Federation said Thursday it is likely to pick a similar fast surface to the one used last weekend in the 4-1 quarterfinal win over Argentina. The United States, which has a record 31 Davis Cup titles, beat Spain 4-1 in the quarterfinals on indoor hard courts. The Scandinavium Arena, which is used mostly for ice hockey and concerts, seats 12,000. Sweden won two of its seven Davis Cup titles - in 1984 and 1997 - against the United States at the arena. 瑞典選擇了Gothenburg作為DC9月SF的比賽地點, the Swedish Tennis Federation表示尚未確定要用什麼surface, 但是應該是會類似QF對戰阿根廷的快速硬地, 我想這對美國應該算是不錯的消息, 不過無論如何,客場作戰鐵定不輕鬆, 現在距離SF也還很久,所以就...低調點比較好... 大家就各自努力吧! 而且,一定要健健康康的去打DC喔! -- As long as Patrick McEnroe wants me on the team, I'll be there.
