VALENCIA CF 2 - 0 REAL MURCIA
Valencia CF keeps on pressing Real Madrid in the League and still remains
only one point away of the leader of the competition after its triumph in
Mestalla versus the last qualfied, Real Murcia, in a match in which the che
team, without being exactly brilliant, made use of the quality of its players
versus the tactical impotence of the rival on the playing field.
The team of Rafa Benitez had more troubles than expected at first to beat
a rival that endured with the scoreboard to zero during 73 minutes. But a
sensational head shot by Mauricio Pellegrino and a new goal by Mista left the
three points in Mestalla and allow Valencia CF to continue dreaming with the
League championship.
