Arsenal have made a formal offer for Valencia striker Miguel Angulo.
Marca says the Gunners offered ￡2.5 million for the Spanish international
on Wednesday.
The fax arrived at the Mestalla stadium at noon and Valencia's board have
been considering the proposal since then.
