Carter led the East in scoring with 29.0 ppg and he recorded two triple-doubles , his third and fourth of his career, while leading the Nets to a 7-2 record in the month and helping them secure the sixth seed in the Eastern Conference Playoffs. April 10 @ Washington: Notched 31 points, six assists and two steals in a 96-92 win over the Wizards. April 15 @ Indiana: Tallied 35 points, four assists and five rebounds in a 111-107 win over the Pacers. April 16 @ New York: Registered his second triple double of the month with 29 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists in a 104-95 win over the Knicks.
