Fighting Against the Odds . . . Posted: November 25th, 2008 We have been fighting against the odds and speculations that our team was destined for destruction, but I must admit that we have been playing pretty good basketball lately. Don’t get me wrong, we are not content with our .500 record, but we are moving in the right direction. Coming into this situation, I didn’t have any expectations of what our record would be. As a team, coming off a big win at Toronto and at home vs. the Clippers, I think we’re doing well. 被專家預測會走上重建之路的我們，一直以來都對抗著這些臆測和可能性，但我必須承認最近我們打的相當好。別誤解我的意思，我並不是自滿於我們五成的勝率，但是我們的確是朝著正確的方向前進。在這種情況下，我不指望我們能創下什麼紀錄。作為一個團隊，無論在多倫多還是在主場迎戰快艇，都取得一大勝利，我認為我們幹的不錯。 Speaking of Toronto, I’ve received many emails and messages about THAT game. Going back to the ACC will always be an exciting game for me, because of all the love the fans show me. Every time I touch the ball they give me a drum roll. Haha!!! It may sound like boos to you, but it reminds me of the moment when something exciting is about to happen and an announcer says, “Drum roll please…” LOL! On a serious note, no matter if you are a Nets fan, Raptors fan, or indifferent, you can’t deny the fact that this was a great game.
