[問題]有方法能在兩個星期內把接發球練好嗎?
由於在兩個星期就要打比賽了
尤其這場比賽可能是大學的最後一次校際比賽
所以不想兩手空空的回家
無奈隊上除了我以外 接發球噴的機率至少都有五六成
我站後排時 有試著cover其他兩個人但整場打下來有點累
我現在只能藉著練習時提高接發球的比重 但效果似乎不彰
不知版上的高人有無短時間內能提高接球穩定度的方法呢?
