小弟我也打了7年排球
但是還是對於重訓該加強的肌肉部位不是很了解(汗顏)
想請問一下打排球的各位
打排球著重的是哪些肌肉部位的訓練呢?
因為最近到學弟的肌力不太好導致遇到瓶頸
所以特來請教
