White Sox put RHP Pena on DL, recall RHP Harrell TORONTO (AP)—The Chicago White Sox placed right-hander Tony Pena on the 15-day disabled list with elbow tendinitis and recalled Lucas Harrell from Triple-A Charlotte. 芝加哥白襪把肘部肌腱發炎的右投手Tony Pena放入15天傷兵名單，並且再度從3A的Charlotte叫上Lucas Harrell。 The team announced the moves Sunday, making Pena’s retroactive to Saturday. Harrell was 4-2 with a 3.54 ERA in nine games at Charlotte, eight of them starts.
