John Danks was removed from Saturday's start against the Nationals with an
apparent hip injury.
White Sox head trainer Herman Schneider insisted that Danks be taken out of
the game after a visit to the mound in the second inning. The left-hander
struck out two over 1 2/3 frames before being replaced by Brian Bruney. Stay
tuned for updates.

John Danks was removed from Saturday's game against the Nationals with a
strained right oblique.
For pitchers, strained obliques almost always lead to stints on the disabled
list, but it's too early to tell with Danks. He was able to make it through
seven innings last week despite taking a line drive to the head and has a
great reputation for toughness. The left-hander has a 4.21 ERA in 94 innings
this season.
大意：
Danks右側腹肌拉傷，嚴重度還未知，不過訓練員看過傷勢後堅持要他下場休息。
一般這種傷勢肯定會讓投手進DL，不過強壯如Danks(上場被平飛球K到腦袋還不痛不癢...)
或許還需要進一步的評估。
Danks最近還真是多災多難...上禮拜才被球打到腦袋照過CT
