John Danks 投了幾顆球, 感覺不錯

他發現他沒辦法移動他的手臂
"從字面上來說, 我試著出去catch ball(KGB)都沒辦法"
雖然關節鏡手術成功結束
(肩袖與肱二頭肌的囊膜破裂與微清創手術)
但之後多方嘗試的復健都對Danks的左肩不見起效
"There was definitely a lot of soul searching and times
where I hated baseball,"
Danks said.
"There were times where
I couldn't wait to get to the field to
try to work hard at it.
There were times I dreaded coming to the field."
自八月份的手術後,
左手的限制逐漸放寬
Danks 回到球場的希望隨著復健進度越來越高
現在他只希望能在明年春訓證明他已經度過手臂的問題
投教 Don Cooper 提到:
"我們過去總是依賴 Jake Peavy為我們投球..."
"我們必須嘗試別的可能性而非只是依賴 Peavy !!"
