White Sox RHP Floyd needs season-ending surgery The Associated Press KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) -- Chicago White Sox starter Gavin Floyd needs elbow surgery and will miss the rest of the season. The team said Monday that Floyd will be out for 14-19 months - also putting next season in jeopardy.
