[問題] 要拉長距離嗎?
小弟 去年十月重新騎車
最近三個月大概 一禮拜騎三次
一個禮拜約100KM
因為是胖子騎的路線大概都是平地
頂多有緩坡或短坡EX:三義台13線,中科水塔
避免膝蓋受傷 騎的是登山車 平均時速從一開始18-20
最近都22~23左右 1~5小時的行程速度都差不多
平均迴轉速大概85RPM上下 1小時的行程刻意踩快一點可以到90RPM
請問如果對減肥而言的話 這三個月飲食都差不多 體重體脂也沒啥變
我該拉長單次騎程時間比較好嗎?(我一般都騎3小時內的行程)
還是要強度加強騎山路或平地速度拉更高?
現在一周大概騎5小時左右@@ 還是拉長一周的運動量~
