[問題] 不上卡的騎乘姿勢、要領?
不上卡是否易造成(髕骨)運動傷害?除鍛鍊股四頭肌外,有何騎乘時要領(避免內
外翻及重踩)能請前輩指導?翻閱書籍、文章都僅提到大略,無當下正確或錯誤姿勢的特
徵(例如照自我感覺易外八,可將膝蓋靠近上管矯正)。
已有練跑步、游泳,打算加入自行車。不求大量、專業訓練,但希望能在無傷的前提
下一點一滴的進步。謝謝!
