[問題] 有沒有踩台APP會顯示單圈平均功率?
如題 會想用到這功能主要是我之前學到的理論是
vo2max訓練必須要在FTP的120%~105%區間
假如一個課表包含了5個3分鐘的高強度訓練區段
則每個區段的均瓦至少要維持在105% FTP
如果第三個3分鐘就已經無法維持105%代表已經沒力了
剩下兩個應該跳過不踩
但用過的app好像都只會顯示目前瓦數 課表該區段剩餘時間
想要很確定目前自己還有沒有hold在105%並不是很容易的事
請問有人用過會顯示單圈均瓦的APP嗎?
或是有沒有其它的解決方案??
