[閒聊] “功率優先“能獲得最佳成績嗎?
假設有一個約1小時的爬坡路段,整個路段為0~10%坡
是否就是按照自己的FTP穩定輸出(PS.因為路線坡度變化當然無法完全準,就是看著車表盡
量騎在FTP值上)理論上能夠得到最佳的成績嗎?
前兩天參加仙山挑戰賽,滿不錯的體驗。回來檢討自己的表現,發現上坡常用遠超自己FTP
在騎(120~130%),於是一段坡之後就撐不住而緩下來...當下完全靠體感在騎當然表現不
佳,想問問各位大大有何經驗,分享
