[心得] 壓肘
來分享一下心得 就只是自己的心得而已 參考看看
一個我個人覺得還不錯的訣竅 「壓肘」
這訣竅是說
拉球 揮拍的時候 瞬間輕壓一下肘
正手拉球 在向前上揮拍時
揮拍的瞬間 "故意"把手肘"輕壓"回去
而不只是單純地放鬆 (通常大臂講究的是放鬆)
反手拉球時 手肘不要太靠近身體 要抱持一點距離
向右前上揮拍時 揮拍的瞬間 故意把手肘往身體"輕後壓"回來
而不僅僅只是單純地放鬆
這個壓肘的關鍵是
1.瞬間
在揮拍時 只在瞬間壓一下就好
而不是整個揮拍過程都用力去壓住手肘
2.輕壓
並不是很用力去把手肘壓下來
只是略施力地 向著手臂揮拍的「反方向」回壓
3.不改變動作
動作還是一樣的 不因為壓肘這個力量使得動作改變
並不是要把手肘往下壓下去 或是往後推回去
動作是不變的 只是一種「止住」手肘的感覺而已
旁人要仔細觀察才可以看得出發力的感覺是不一樣的
這訣竅不是我發明的 這不是什麼獨創
也不是什麼特別新的東西
但是我覺得很棒 而且板上也比較少看到這樣的說法 所以才分享
