MIES (Switzerland) - All 16 teams that will compete in the FIBA Women's
Olympic Qualifying Tournaments 2020 have been confirmed following the
conclusion of the FIBA Women's Olympic Pre-Qualifying Tournaments 2019 in
Africa, Americas, and Asia-Oceania.
在2019FIBA奧運女子籃球資格賽會外賽非洲、美洲與亞大區賽事結束後，確認了16支將
參與FIBA2020奧運女子籃球資格賽競爭的隊伍。
The national teams of Mozambique and Nigeria claimed the two spots reserved
for Africa, the Americas tournaments saw Brazil, Canada, Puerto Rico and the
United States advance, while Australia, China, Japan and Korea progressed
from Asia-Oceania.
莫三比克及奈及利亞代表非洲，美洲賽事則看到巴西、加拿大、波多黎各和美國晉級，而
澳洲、中國、日本及南韓則自亞大區晉級。
Six teams from Europe had already qualified previously via the FIBA Women's
EuroBasket 2019.

As announced by the FIBA Executive Committee last Friday, the rights to host
the FIBA Women's Olympic Qualifying Tournaments, set to take place from
February 6 to 9, were awarded to the National Federations of Belgium
(Ostend), China (Foshan), France (Bourges) and Serbia (Belgrade).
而按照上週五FIBA委員會宣布的，資格賽將於2月6至9日舉行，主辦國(城市)分別是比利
時(奧斯坦德)、中國(佛山)、法國(布爾吉)、塞爾維亞(貝爾格勒)。
The official Draw Ceremony to sort the 16 teams into the four tournaments
will take place at the Patrick Baumann House of Basketball, FIBA
headquarters, on November 27, 2019.
16支隊伍將分為四個錦標賽，官方抽籤儀式將在2019年11月27日於FIBA總部的Patrick
Baumann籃球之家舉行。
The top three teams from each of these tournaments, consisting of four teams
each, will qualify for the Olympics.
每個錦標賽中四支球隊中的的前三名隊伍將取得奧運會內賽資格。
FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup 2018 champions USA and the hosts of the
Olympic Games, Japan, will play in the qualification tournaments but will
advance through to the Tokyo 2020 Women's Olympic Basketball Tournament
regardless of their results.

The Draw Ceremony for the FIBA Women's Olympic Qualifying Tournaments be
livestreamed via the FIBA YouTube channel and also the FIBA Facebook account.
FIBA女子奧運資格賽抽籤儀式將透過FIBA YouTube頻道及FIBA Facebook專頁直播。
Media representatives wishing to attend the draw ceremony are invited to
apply for accreditation via email at communications@fiba.basketball by
Friday, November 22.
