Doni: 6.5- He made a good save on Marchini to keep the game scoreless in the
first half and did all that was asked of him before receiving a gash on his
head that forced him into taking an early shower.
Cicinho: 4.0- The Brazilian defender made a glaring error as he inexplicably
headed Di Vaio’s cross into his own net in the 92nd minute.
Mexes: 6.0- An average performance by the Frenchman who was substituted off
to start the second half.
Juan: 6.5- His best performance since coming back from an injury layoff .
Panucci: 6.0- Kept his emotions in check and will be happy with his
performance tonight.
Brighi: 6.5- He wasn’t afraid to get his nose dirty tonight with some tough
tackles in the trenches
De Rossi: 6.0- Looked lethargic in the early going but eventually recovered
to have a solid match
Pizarro: 6.0- Lax passing and poor set pieces plagued the Chilean midfielder
in the first 30 minutes but then he switched to the right side which really
opened things up for him.
Perrotta: 6.0- Picked up a thigh injury in the 19th minute and was never the
same after that.
Vucinic: 6.0- Failed to tuck the ball into the open net in the 33rd minute
but did not receive much service tonight
Totti: 7.5- He is the engine that makes Roma run and took his goal very well
blasting the ball past Antonioli.
