看到這個想到前幾天在BBC看到一個討論串
有人問到既然Cesc和Messi在巴薩青訓系統是隊友
為什麼教授沒有把Messi一起弄過來
得到的回答是
He was interested in Messi too, but he couldn't have signed him as
he is Argentinian and the British work permit regulations prohibit
any persons under 18 (from outside the EU) to work in the UK if they
have not lived in an EU country for 2 years or more.
That is why Carlos Vela is currently paying for Celta vigo, and he
will join us after 2 years when he has gained the work status.
