溫格說加拉會放在大名單當中，不過不肯定會先發他認為球季進行到現在，經驗顯得格外重要而後防線明顯的經驗不太夠不會放進大名單的有Lehmann、Diaby、Gilberto、Baptista(以上輪休) Djourou(膝蓋)、Hleb(感冒) Eboue上場機會存疑教授特別點名Denilson，毫無疑問後者是在銳步球場的最佳球員他就是那些在聯賽盃中表現出色而可以在其他比賽中獲得機會的代表人物「If I had never played Denilson in the Carling Cup I would never have played him at Bolton. The fact that he did so well in the Carling Cup won him the right to be involved up there, against Blackburn on Saturday and maybe even in the Champions League, I don't know. 「Some players have grown through this Carling Cup competition and that means they will play in the other ones." 現在才二月，目前為止槍手們並沒有打算放棄任何一項比賽「We just want to do well in every competition,」 he said. 「It is only February so we are not in a position to choose.
