That is the claim of Real presidential candidate Inaki Badiola, who has announced that an agreement has already been found with Arsene Wenger for a loan deal for the highly-rated Merida. The midfielder followed in Cesc Fabregas’ footsteps when swapping Barcelona for North London at the age of 16 last summer, but he has been unable to match the meteoric rise of his Catalan companion and a spell in Spain could help to encourage his development.
