錦織圭在FB上更新了近況。
周一早上起床時感到腹部劇烈疼痛因而退賽，
晚上檢查發現左腎嚴重感染(應該是指腎結石吧 @@")
不過早上已經清除了，希望未來幾天能夠好轉，下周會再諮詢其他建議。
下周沒有排定參賽計畫，希望在法網之前能夠恢復。

Hey everyone…little update. I woke up Monday morning (before my match
against Monfils) with severe stomach pain and had to pull out. I spent the
night in the hospital in Rome and found out I had a severe kidney infection
in my left kidney. It was cleaned this morning and am expected to feel better
in the next cpl of days. We will also get a second opinion this next week.
